Dr. Sonika Suman has been in higher academia for about a decade since passing out and graduating from Ranchi University. A topper in studies all through was engaged in studies in international issues so much so that enabled the earning of a Doctoral degree in 2022. While in academia, taught different courses for graduate and post-graduate students. The course taught included energy economics, energy sector management, and people talent development and management in different Indian Universities like the Savitribai Phule University of Pune, Maharashtra, Kumaon University of Uttarakhand, and the Birla Global University of Odisha. Currently, employed as Assistant Professor at the renowned G. L. Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management teaching the MBA Programmes and mentoring other research projects. As an international Expert, the publications include Handbook of Research on Technology Management Education from the IGI, Global, Pennsylvania, USA, International Financial Reporting Standards, a book from Grin Publishers, Germany besides dozens of highly valuable international and national publications. A voracious reader and excellent speaker, the presentation skills of Dr. Suman are widely appreciated.
