Moustafa Elshaarawy is an Energy and climate specialist. He is a member in middle management program for energy efficiency in petroleum ministry He is a researcher in the field of climate change, sustainable development ,renewable energy ,energy policy ,energy transition and energy efficiency . Moustafa has been earned certification from UNIDO as Motor System Optimization (MSO) expert, Pump System Optimization (PSO) expert and Compressed Air System Optimization (CASO) expert . Luckily, he used his knowledge to make innovative solutions for problems related to energy. Moustafa is a certified as energy transformation expert from RENAC. He received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Alexandria University and he does master’s degree in climate change in Alexandria university in collaboration of Catania university.
