CAIRO UNIVERSITY
Mostafa Ismail Cairo University, Faculty of Engineering, Electrical Engineering Department. A passionate and self-motivated electrical engineer and researcher, dedicated to building a remarkable career in my field of expertise. Currently, I am employed as an electrical design engineer at EniProgetti, Eni's engineering arm. In this role, I specialize in designing electrical systems for offshore and onshore oil and gas plants, as well as renewable energy engineering projects such as photovoltaic (PV) and wind energy. My work primarily focuses on projects located in Egypt, Africa, and the Middle East. Previously, I gained valuable experience working as an electrical design engineer at Shaker Consultancy Group. During my time there, I successfully designed electrical systems for a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and healthcare buildings. These projects spanned both governmental and private sectors, both within and outside the country. In total, I contributed to the completion of 15 major projects. In addition, I have achieved a significant milestone in my academic journey by publishing my MSc. research in one of the top 10 scientific journals worldwide, specializing in the field of energy & fuels. This accomplishment demonstrates my commitment to advancing knowledge and contributing to the scientific community in a globally recognized publication. I thrive on exploring innovative methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Problem-solving and utilizing cutting-edge electrical design programs are among my core competencies. As a testament to my leadership abilities, I served as the team leader during an electrical distribution course in late 2018. I guided my team to become the top-performing group for the graduation project and was recognized as the course's most outstanding member. Throughout my educational journey, I sought valuable hands-on experience through internships at renowned companies such as "El Sewedy Electric T&D," "Shaker," "EGEMAC," and SCADA Innovations. In addition to my engineering expertise, I possess graphic design skills that have developed alongside my passion for the field since the age of 16. As a part-time graphic designer, I have collaborated with various companies and also worked as a freelancer while pursuing my electrical engineering studies.
