Dr. Fabio Silvestri received his Master degree and PhD in Materials Science from University of Milano- Bicocca. After several academic and industrial research experiences, working mainly on development of functional structural materials, he moved towards market and customer experience, working as product development manager and innovation manager. In 2017 he obtained an Executive MBA from POLIMI- Graduate School of Management. He is currently Head of Marketing and Business Development at gr3n SA where he and his team, in close collaboration with R&D, are building the infrastructures for the industrial scale up.
