The EGYPES Young Professionals Volunteer Programme offers industry students the opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop new skills, and expand their network within the energy sector. The programme focuses on enhancing leadership, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, while providing insights into the challenges facing the oil, gas, and energy industries, and the role these students will play in shaping the future of energy.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO JOIN THE VOLUNTEER PROGRAMME

  • New graduates or young professionals starting their careers in the oil and gas industry
  • Top-performing students in their senior years (3rd or final year) who have demonstrated excellence in leadership, extracurricular activities, and academics
  • Students enrolled in undergraduate programs focused on Geosciences, Engineering, or ICT
  • Individuals who have previously volunteered with the Young Professionals programme for at least two years
  • Submission of a one-minute video (in English) explaining why you are the right candidate for the programme and how it could benefit your career path
