FUTURE FEMALE LEADERS (NEW FOR 2025)
Future Female Leaders is a dynamic initiative designed to inspire young women and female university students to pursue careers in the energy sector. Our mission is to build confidence, create networking opportunities with industry role models, and establish safe spaces for exploring career prospects.
This programme offers a diverse range of activities to empower young women, including inspirational speaker sessions, skills development workshops, mentorship programme, and support for aspiring entrepreneurs.
SHELL NXPLORERS CHALLENGE
The Shell NXplorers Challenge empowers university students to address global challenges by crafting innovative solutions for sustainable energy, focusing on issues like energy efficiency, renewable expansion, and universal access. Using the NXthinking methodology—centered on systems thinking, scenario planning, and the theory of change—students gain real-world experience, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with guidance from industry mentors.

The Expo Tour is a specially curated tour designed to provide high school students with an informative and engaging experience. This guided tour will take students through various sponsor booths, offering them an insider's look at the latest innovations, technologies, and career opportunities in the energy sector.
